This policy explains how the KTVSing website and its connected booking services use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies. The website is operated by KTV-Entertainment GmbH in Switzerland.

Framer. Framer hosts this website, delivers images and uploaded videos, and handles the contact form. We use its built-in website analytics. Framer states that this analytics service uses no cookies or persistent visitor identifiers.

SimplyBook.me. Availability and bookings are connected to the SimplyBook.me account for the space you select. Its payment interface can open inside this site, and gift-card purchases open a SimplyBook.me page. Loading these services can enable provider cookies and browser storage.

Cloudflare. Our booking API runs on Cloudflare Workers. Requests needed to retrieve availability or submit a booking pass through this service. Where a booking requires Cloudflare Turnstile verification, the verification widget processes browser and device signals for security. Its storage behaviour depends on the security configuration.

Google Maps. Space detail pages include an embedded Google map. When the embedded map loads, your browser connects to Google. Google can process information such as your IP address and browser information, and may use cookies or other identifiers depending on your settings and use of its services.

Videos and social links. Space videos are uploaded media files delivered through Framer. Instagram and TikTok buttons are external links. When you follow them, the relevant provider’s privacy and cookie rules apply.

The following cookies were observed on the SimplyBook.me booking pages for our three venue accounts on 27 October 2026. They belong to the relevant simplybook.me domain. Browsers may restrict these cookies when the service is embedded.
SimplyBook booking session cookies — booking functionality; duration: the browser session.
cookies_accepted — the booking service’s cookie-preference state; expiry observed: 1 hour. The presence of this cookie alone does not establish consent to optional processing.
plugin_counter_is_new — a visitor-counting flag used by the booking service; expiry observed: 1 year.
Cookie names and lifetimes can change with provider updates, settings and the features you open. Google Maps and payment providers may use additional identifiers. Their current privacy and cookie information is linked in the services section above.
Our custom availability search holds filters and entered booking details temporarily in page memory. The custom search code does not write these values to cookies, local storage or session storage.
Your choices
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and website storage in your browser settings, including third-party cookies. Blocking storage may affect parts of the booking or payment service.
Where an external service provides cookie or privacy controls, use those controls to reject optional processing or revise a previous choice. For Google services, you can also review your Google privacy settings.

Booking and contact information
When you submit a booking, your name, email address, phone number and session details are sent through our booking API to the relevant SimplyBook.me account so the selected venue can manage your booking. Payment details are entered into the payment interface provided through SimplyBook.me and its configured payment provider.
Messages submitted through our contact form are handled through Framer and sent to the KTVSing team. We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry.
Browser-cookie expiry is separate from the retention of booking records and messages. Records may need to be retained for service administration and applicable legal obligations. Our service providers operate internationally; their privacy information explains their processing locations and safeguards.
You can contact us about access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal of consent, subject to the rights and limitations that apply to your request. We will explain any relevant retention obligations when responding.
