KTV8004 Zurich terms and conditions
It is not allowed to bring any other food or beverages into the box. If you celebrate your birthday you can of course bring a birthday cake.
To check in, enter the Mexican takeout “La isla bonita” on the left of the KTV lounge 5 minutes prior to your booking time. You need to deposit your ID or passport there. You then will be guided to the Karaoke lounge by a a representative from La Isla Bonita and introduced to your KTV 8004 host. If you didn’t preorder food when making your booking you can order anytime from La Isla Bonita.
When leaving KTV 8004 please check out at La Isla Bonita to retrieve your ID and pay your food and drinks bill. You can pay by credit card, Twint or cash. Enjoy your time at KTV 8004 and shine bright like a diamond!
1. AGE & ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION POLICY
All ages are welcome to enjoy KTVSing. Anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol while anywhere on the premises. If any customer, patron, guest or group violates this policy, the entire party will be required to immediately pay its entire bill and full room rental charge and leave the premises.
2. OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE NOT PERMITTED
Outside food and beverage are NOT permitted. The only exception is a cake or similar dessert for a scheduled special event such as a birthday, anniversary, etc.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that any cancellation or changes to your reservation be made no less than 72 hours prior.
4. PROPERTY DAMAGE POLICY
Every customer, patron or guest is expected to avoid damaging any enjoy KTVSing property while visiting KTVSing. KTVSing reserves the right to hold a customer, patron or guest financially responsible for causing any damage to (or theft of) any KTVSing property while visiting the premises and will require at least one (1) person from each party to leave a valid ID or Passport and cell phone number with the staff during the use of the KTVSing facilities.
5. CONDUCT POLICY
Every customer, patron or guest is expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate, fitting and suitable manner while visiting KTVSing. KTVSing reserves the right to refuse entrance or service to any customer, patron or guest who behaves in an unsuitable, unruly, rowdy, disorderly, or disruptive manner. Any customer, patron or guest who violates this policy will be required to immediately pay its entire bill and full room rental charge and leave the premises. NO exceptions.
6. NO SMOKING/VAPING POLICY
KTVSing is a non-smoking facility. Any customer, patron or guest that violates this policy in any area of the premises, including the Lobby, Restrooms or Karaoke Studio Rooms will be required to immediately pay its entire bill and full room rental charge and leave the premises. NO exceptions.
