We want everyone to enjoy a fun, safe and unforgettable private karaoke experience.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all KTVSing locations, including karaoke lounges, private karaoke gondolas and venues operated in cooperation with local partners.
By making a booking or entering a KTVSing location, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions as well as any applicable local house rules.
Please follow the check-in instructions provided in your booking confirmation. Before leaving, check out with your local host where required. Food and beverage purchases must be paid directly to the respective location or operating partner.

1. AGE & ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION POLICY
All ages are welcome at KTVSing, subject to any applicable age restrictions or house rules of the respective location.
Guests under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol during their KTVSing visit.
Any violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of the session and removal from the premises without a refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
Bringing outside food or beverages into KTVSing locations is not permitted.
An exception may be made for birthday cakes or similar desserts for special occasions, provided this has been approved in advance by the respective location or operating partner.
Food and beverages are provided and charged separately by the respective local operator, where available.
3. NO CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All bookings are final and binding once confirmed.
No refunds will be issued for customer-initiated cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals or sessions ended early at the guest’s request.
If a session must be terminated due to a guest’s misconduct or violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable house rules, no refund will be granted, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights or claims arising if KTVSing or its operating partner is unable to provide the booked service.
4. PROPERTY DAMAGE POLICY
All guests are expected to treat KTVSing facilities, equipment, furniture and property with care and respect.
Guests responsible for damage, vandalism, theft or misuse of KTVSing property or property belonging to a local operating partner may be held financially liable for the resulting damage in accordance with applicable law.
KTVSing and its operating partners reserve the right to request valid identification and relevant contact details where reasonably necessary for security, incident documentation or the handling of damage claims, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Any damage or malfunction must be reported to the local host immediately.
5. GUEST CONDUCT POLICY
All guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly towards staff, other guests, neighbouring businesses and surrounding residents.
Disruptive, aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, illegal or otherwise inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Excessive noise outside the designated karaoke facilities, failure to follow staff instructions or deliberate interference with the regular operation of the location may result in immediate termination of the session.
KTVSing and its local operating partners reserve the right to refuse service or require guests to leave for justified reasons relating to safety, security or serious violations of these Terms & Conditions or applicable house rules.
Where removal results from a guest’s misconduct, no refund will be provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. NO SMOKING & VAPING POLICY
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all KTVSing karaoke rooms, gondolas and designated non-smoking areas.
This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices and similar products.
Violations may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Guests may also be held responsible for damage or additional cleaning costs caused by such violations.
7. LOCAL OPERATING PARTNERS & HOUSE RULES
KTVSing locations may be operated directly by KTVSing or in cooperation with independent local operating partners, including hotels, restaurants, bars, event venues and other hospitality establishments.
Each location may have its own house rules, safety regulations, operating procedures and access requirements.
All guests must respect and comply with the applicable house rules of the respective location and follow reasonable instructions issued by its management and staff.
KTVSing and each local operating partner reserve the right to refuse entry, deny access, interrupt a session or require guests to leave for compelling or objectively justified reasons, including but not limited to:
Safety or security concerns.
Serious misconduct, intoxication or threatening behaviour.
Violations of applicable laws, house rules or these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to follow reasonable instructions from authorised staff.
Official orders, emergencies or circumstances that make continued operation unsafe or unlawful.
Where access is denied or a session is terminated due to a guest’s misconduct or violation of applicable rules, no refund will be granted, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where access cannot be provided for reasons not attributable to the guest, KTVSing will arrange an appropriate alternative or address any refund entitlement in accordance with applicable law.
Local operating partners are authorised to enforce their respective house rules and take reasonable measures necessary to protect guests, staff, property and the regular operation of their premises.
These provisions apply to all KTVSing locations, regardless of the individual operating partner.
